Job Description

Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency Maintain files and records with effective filing systems Support other teams with various administrative tasks (redirecting calls, disseminating correspondence, scheduling meetings etc.) Greet and assist visitors when they arrive at the office Monitor office expenditures and handle all office contracts (rent, service etc.) Perform basic bookkeeping activities and update the accounting system Deal with customer complaints or issues Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders managing and maintaining budgets, as well as invoicing; liaising with staff in other departments and with external contacts; ordering and maintaining stationery and equipment; sorting and distributing incoming post and organizing and sending outgoing post; arranging travel and accommodation for staff or customers and other external contacts; liaising with colleagues and external contacts to book travel and accommodation; organizing and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information photocopying and printing various documents, sometimes on behalf of other colleagues
